Meet Our Team: Bailee McClary

Meet Bailee, our coffee-loving, cat-obsessed girl who’s been part of the e.Allen family since she was just 17! From styling clients in Murfreesboro to dreaming up style boards, writing beautiful copy, and making her weekly rounds in the company van, she’s a girl of many talents - and we’re lucky to call her ours. A helper at heart with a love for new arrivals and all things spooky, Bailee brings creativity, kindness, and a little fun to everything she does. We’ve loved watching her grow over the years, and we simply can’t imagine e.Allen without her! Get to know our girl below.

Q: What does your position entail?

A: “Honestly, I get to do a little bit of everything! On Mondays, I drive our company van to deliver new products, and I get to check in with the other team members at all four locations! One day a week, I spend time with the HQ crew, putting together style boards and writing whatever they need from me! The rest of my week is spent in store, engaging with our wonderful clients in and out of town and making sure the Murfreesboro store is in top shape. I love being busy with different tasks and would not have it any other way!“

Q: What is something, if anything, you want people to know about you?

A: “I cannot function without my coffee in the morning, and I would die for my cats, Sir Harold the III of Rutherford and Pluto. My husband and I are high school sweethearts, and just celebrated our first year married! I also love all things spooky and Halloween, or a good documentary, and I’m double my age in my soul. That's a very quick overview.“

Q: How did you come about finding eAllen and acquiring your current position?

A: “I was 17, needed a job, and my stepmom encouraged me to apply. e. Allen was hiring… The rest is history!“

Q: What qualities or characteristics in yourself do you think help you in your position?

A: “I am a peacemaker and problem solver at heart, so I naturally enjoy making others happy, assisting in any way I can, and trying to fix problems as soon as they arise!“

Q: Who, if anyone, do you work with in your position?

A: “I get to work with almost everyone! Most days, it is the HQ team, the other managers, and my associates, but each week I get to talk to most of our company, and I truly enjoy that! “

Q: What is your favorite part of your daily job?

A: “My favorite part of my job is that no two days are the same, and no matter what, I have such a wonderful group of women around! “

Q: What has been the most challenging part of your job?

A: “The most challenging part of my job recently has been delegating. I’m a helper at heart, so allowing my team to be that for me has been a shock that I am adjusting to, but they have done a phenomenal job!”

Q: What has been the most rewarding part of your job or your greatest accomplishment?

A: “The growth I have gotten to experience over the years. And being a copywriter, since writing has always been my dream! I can confidently say I am living a life that younger me would be so happy to have, and that’s the greatest accomplishment for me.“

Q: In what ways do you want to grow in your position or grow the position itself?

A: “I’m not quite sure how to grow from here… Unless there becomes a need for a full-time stylist to handle styling services!“

Q: What has been your favorite memory at e.Allen so far?

A: “There are soooo many that this feels like an impossible question to answer, and I am sure there are many more I will continue to make!“

Q: What do you look forward to the most at e.Allen?

A: “I genuinely get to say I look forward to what each day holds… but also the new arrivals!! I love seeing what is new and getting some insight into what we will be receiving soon. I look forward to the creative outlets and challenges that come with those. I have seen so much growth in myself, and I never would have imagined it! I am beyond blessed to work with such great women who are so willing to assist where needed, and they also seem to have a lot of confidence in me, which helps build my own confidence. I could not do it without each of them and their support!
