Q: What does your position entail?
A: “It really comes down to being a right-hand and stepping in wherever I’m needed. With some recent changes, I’ve been working more closely with HQ and helping keep things moving day to day at Franklin. Some of that includes supporting sales goals, receiving and merchandising new arrivals, and handling transfers for our customers. My main priority is making sure every customer has a great shopping/styling experience!”
Q: What is something, if anything, you want people to know about you?
A: “I was born and raised in Texas, and my Texas pride definitely shows! I could literally shop until I drop, I love a good honey cinnamon latte, and I really enjoy doing life with our community and Jesus at the center of it all. My favorite thing is getting to be a witness to my husband’s life and growing our little soon-to-be family of 3!”
Q: How did you come about finding eAllen and acquiring your current position?
A: “I’ve followed e.Allen ever since moving to Nashville about four years ago. I studied fashion in college and was looking for a way to get back into the industry, and I happened to come across a job posting on LinkedIn. It honestly was the perfect door opening at the right time.”
Q: What qualities or characteristics in yourself do you think help you in your position?
A: “ I’d say I’m really personable and an encourager! I love making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident. Everyone’s walk in life is so different, so if I can make someone’s day a little better, then I feel like I’ve done something good that day.”
Q:Who, if anyone, do you work with in your position?
A: “ I get to work with the Franklin gals, and they really are the best. We all have different personalities and perspectives, which makes working together so fun and balanced. I genuinely look forward to being around them every week!”
Q:What is your favorite part of your daily job?
A: “My favorite part is that every day is different, and that’s what makes it so fun. I love getting to meet new people, but my favorite part is catching up with our regular customers and building those relationships over time. I’ve always loved clothes and fashion, so getting to work in an industry that connects with that passion definitely sparks a little flame in me every day.”
Q:What has been the most challenging part of your job?
A: “I wouldn’t necessarily say there’s been a challenging part, but this role has definitely taught me a lot about grace, patience, and understanding. I truly love getting to interact with all of our customers, but of course, not everyone walks in having the best day. It can be humbling at times, but it’s taught me how important kindness and empathy are, even in difficult moments!”
Q:What has been the most rewarding part of your job or your greatest accomplishment?
A: “The most rewarding part has been building relationships with customers and getting to be a small part of someone’s day. I really believe people are created for relationships and connection, and I love getting the opportunity to make someone feel seen, confident, and cared for.”
Q:In what ways do you want to grow in your position or grow the position itself?
A: “I’m actually preparing to have a baby in August, so I’ll be stepping away, but I’d reallyyy love to come back and continue growing with e.Allen. Long-term, I’ve always been passionate about e-commerce, and getting the opportunity to lean into that side of the business would be an absolute dream for me!”
Q:What has been your favorite memory at e.Allen so far?
A: “The Christmas party! I really felt appreciated and valued by the leadership team, and it made me feel really proud to be part of e.Allen.”
Q:What do you look forward to the most at e.Allen?
A: “Oh my, all the new arrivals we receive each week. It's like Christmas day, and it's so hard not to want to buy everything. I love that we consistently bring in new pieces for our customers to get excited about. That kind of frequent newness is rare, and it really speaks to how much e.Allen cares about keeping things fresh and helping women feel confident for every occasion.”
