Q: What does your position entail?
A: “Everything from making sure every client who comes through our doors has an exceptional and personalized experience to making sure the schedule gets done and the store is in perfect shape! “
Q: What is something, if anything, you want people to know about you?
A: “More than almost anything, I love a home-cooked meal with my family and friends! I feel like nights like that are the little treasures that fill me up to go back to the rest of the world.“
Q: How did you come about finding eAllen and acquiring your current position?
A: “I was looking on LinkedIn and saw that eAllen was hiring. I was in corporate sales at the time and thought this was a perfect opportunity to get to be in a more customer-facing role. I also looked up eAllen when I applied and fell in love with the brand! “
Q: What qualities or characteristics in yourself do you think help you in your position?
A: “I am extremely genuine. I cannot lie to save my life, so I am able to build a lot of trust with my clients because they know I will never urge them to go for one thing when I think something else is better suited for them. “
Q:Who, if anyone, do you work with in your position?
A: “I get to work with so many different people! First, I get to touch base and work with all the amazing women in HQ to make sure that we are putting our best foot forward as a store. I also get to touch base with all of the managers for the other two locations as well as my girls that I have at Franklin. Most importantly, I get to work with so many different clients. I have gotten the opportunity to style women from all ages and backgrounds, which is the biggest honor!”
Q:What is your favorite part of your daily job?
A: “The styling!! I love when I have a client come in that needs clothes for a specific event, or they just want a wardrobe refresh, and I get to help them find what colors, cuts, and brands make them feel most beautiful!“
Q:What has been the most challenging part of your job?
A: “This has been a fun challenge for me, but learning everyone’s specific personal style. I have some clients that come in and want all florals and lots of color, and then I have clients that do not want anything like that. They instead want neutrals and solids. I love getting to figure out each person’s preferences because I feel that it tells me so much about them personally!“
Q:What has been the most rewarding part of your job or your greatest accomplishment?
A: “Having regular clients that trust me. For me personally, I don't like to trust just anyone to help style me, so the fact that I have women come in who trust me to help make them feel more beautiful is my greatest accomplishment and my biggest reward.“
Q:In what ways do you want to grow in your position or grow the position itself?
A: “I think that the Franklin store has so much room for growth. It is very unique in its placement and clientele, and I would love to see my position grow to have more opportunities for personal styling appointments and curating looks for clients.“
Q:What has been your favorite memory at e.Allen so far?
A: “I have an amazing team here in Franklin, and when we hit our goal the second month, we all got SO excited! It was just fun.“
Q:What do you look forward to the most at e.Allen?
A: “Seeing the growth that I think will happen in the next few years! I think eAllen will quickly become a Nashville and Franklin staple for locals, and I am very excited to see that evolve over time.“
