TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST
POLICY
All returns must be initiated with tracking within 10 days of the order delivery date. For all local pickup orders, your ‘delivery date’ is the day you are notified that your order is ready for in-store pickup.
ALL SALE ITEMS and JEWELRY are FINAL SALE. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller or shipping error on our part, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
CONDITION
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, unwashed, and original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on garments. Shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoes must be returned in the original box | bag it was received in. Please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip. Swim can not be returned without original tags and liner.

REFUNDS
Full-priced merchandise CAN be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit if returned within 14 days of original purchase date.
