We’ve all heard of Soul Cycle, the trendy NYC-based cycling fitness class. With their locations primarily in the northeast, taking a Soul Cycle class hasn’t quite been easy.. until now. Soul Cycle has teamed up with Target to launch a 10-city national tour to promote wellness via free cycling classes. This tour is coming to Music City this weekend, January 29th through 31st. Certified SoulCycle instructors will teach the chain’s signature 45-minute, full body classes six time per day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. These classes will be held at The Bridge Building at 2 Victory Ave #100.
